2020年11月にフィリピン・マニラで開催予定だった第7回アジア太平洋作業療法学会（APOTC)は、
2021年11月への延期およびオンライン開催が正式に決定いたしました。

The organizing committee of the 7th Asia Pacific Occupational Therapy Conference, with the Philippine Academy of Occupational Therapists, Inc. (PAOT) and the Asia Pacific Occupational Therapy Regional Group (APOTRG) Executive, have made the difficult decision to hold the 7th APOTC FULLY ONLINE next year from Nov. 22-24, 2021 (with Education Day on Nov. 21, 2021).
Our primary consideration in making this decision is everyone’s health and safety. There is still uncertainty as to whether Manila will be able to safely physically host the APOTC in November next year or if the Philippine government will allow large gatherings by that time. We likewise acknowledge that many of you are still very enthusiastic about attending the APOTC, but have been impacted financially by the pandemic, and this will affect your decision regarding travelling to Manila.
Therefore, we have decided that the most feasible way to make the APOTC both accessible and inclusive is to offer it fully online.
By the end of December, we will be making further announcements regarding dates for confirmation of intent to present and registration (early bird and regular).
We thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to (virtually) welcoming everyone to the 7th APOTC in November 2021.
