WFOTは、2022年の大会を3月27（日）～30日（水）から8月28（日）～31日（水）へ延期することを決定しました（2021年9月23日発表）。その理由として、COVID-19の感染拡大に対し、各国と地域によってはウイルスワクチンの普及状況が不均衡であることや、各国政府のフランスへの渡航についての規制・制限が異なること、などがあげられます。

2022年8月には多くの作業療法士が対面で大会に参加することを期待しての延期です。
プログラムなどに変更は無く、演者に対しては後日、新日程での参加可否の確認の連絡が届きます。
参加登録は2022年初頭に開始となります。

After careful consideration and in agreement with the WFOT Executive and Association Nationale Francaise des Ergotherapeutes (ANFE), a decision has been made to reschedule the 18th WFOT Congress in Paris, France to the 28 – 31 August 2022.
Initial feedback received from authors and attendees demonstrated an overwhelming desire for as many of us as possible to meet again in person.We recognise that there are still uncertainties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, including concerns relating to vaccine availability, government restrictions, and safe travel.
The Congress venue has provided flexibility to reschedule the event to the August dates to provide a greater opportunity for the occupational therapy community to meet together safely and participate in an outstanding Congress in 2022. There are no planned changes to the scientific programme, and authors will be contacted in the coming weeks to confirm their availability for the new dates. Registration for the Congress will open in early 2022.
